The Arkansas Baptist State Convention is seeking an Assistant Manager for Camp Paron.
The Assistant Manager supervises operational and financial aspects of the camp. Duties include, but are not limited to, staff recruitment, marketing, maintenance, kitchen operations, budget management, and guest recruitment and relations. The Assistant Manager supervises multiple Part-Time staff.
This Assistant Manager’s job requires strong inter-personal skills with the ability to project a friendly attitude. The Assistant Manager works with a variety of ages and personalities and with a diverse group of internal staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, strong decision making, and attention to detail are crucial to this position. The ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient during busy times is important. Applicant must be a team player.

Camp Paron is located in the Ouachita Mountains, 30 miles west of Little Rock, AR. It is a 300 bed camp located on 260 acres. The camp operates year round primarily with adult groups and has heaviest usage in the summer with children and youth camps.
