People come to Falls Creek and CrossTimbers every year to be transformed by Christ. This position offers the opportunity to minister to tens of thousands of people every year through food service experiences as they visit our conference centers. This position operates a new 2,000 square feet, state-of-the-art kitchen in order to provide great meals to guests throughout the year. In the summer, we provide meals to summer staff and personalities that make the summer camps operational. This position helps lead our guests’ experience of the conference centers by managing concessions and a coffee shop. We are looking for someone to help us continue to moving forward as we further develop new menus and concessions opportunities!

The successful candidate must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church, a minimum of 5 years related experience, and a BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field is preferred.

Key job Information:

• Oversees food service operations at both Conference Centers
• Participate in our excellent customer service
• Develops menus ranging from the exquisite to the practial for conference season and camp season
• Introduces new concessions products
• Oversees the budget for food service
• Operates within and is responsive to Health Department regulations
• Maintains good relationships with vendors
• Leads and disciples food service staff
